Acceptance of Terms

By applying to or using KhāsLog., you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't apply. These terms may be updated periodically — continued use means continued acceptance.

Membership & Approval

Membership is not guaranteed. All applications are reviewed using a transparent scoring system, but approval remains at our discretion. We may decline any application without providing a reason. Approved membership may be revoked at any time for conduct violations.

Event Bookings

Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an event are non-refundable. If an organizer cancels an event, attendees receive a full refund. KhāsLog. is not responsible for any changes made by organizers outside the platform.

Platform Fees

A 10% platform fee applies to all ticket transactions. This fee is used to maintain the platform, manage approvals, and curate the member experience. Fees are non-refundable except in the case of organizer-initiated cancellations.

Code of Conduct

• Social Tribe, Not Dating App. This is a community space. Romantic pursuit is not the purpose. Treat every interaction with that in mind.
• Respect Personal Space. Physically and socially. Read signals. Don't push.
• Read the Room. Every event has a vibe. Match it. Don't dominate, don't disappear.
• Zero Tolerance for Harassment. Any form of harassment results in immediate removal and a permanent ban. No appeals.
• What Happens Here Stays Here. Don't share private conversations or photos without consent. Discretion is part of membership.
• Show Up or Let Go. If you book, come. If you can't, cancel early. No-shows affect the group and the organizer.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of the Code of Conduct, misrepresentation in your application, or behaviour that undermines the community. Termination decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Refunds on termination are issued at our discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
